Description:

The common mode inductor (Common mode Choke), also known as the common mode choke, is a symmetrical coil that turns the same direction in the closed loop. The ideal common mode choke has an inhibitory effect on the common mode interference between L (or N) and E, but the differential mode interference between L and N has no inductance suppression. However, the incomplete symmetry of the actual winding will lead to differential mode leakage inductance. The signal current or power supply current is reversed in the two windings, and the magnetic flux produced is offset by each other. The choke has low impedance. The common mode noise current (including the interference current caused by the ground loop, also called the longitudinal current) is the same direction in the direction of the two windings. The flux generated by the same direction is added to the same direction, and the choke ring presents a high impedance, thus suppressing the common mode noise.
